The operator is an individual, not a company trading through this site. There is no shop, paid membership or checkout. This service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
Account and privacy requests
Email us, preferably from your account’s registered email address, and include your username and what you need. Never send your password, session cookie or API key. See the Privacy policy for access, correction, deletion and objection rights.
Report content or a rights infringement
Anyone can report a concern by email; no forum account is needed. The post flag option is also available where supported. For a clear report, include:
- The exact post or discussion URL, and the specific material concerned.
- Why you believe it is unlawful or violates our rules; identify the right or law involved where you can.
- Relevant context or evidence, without unnecessarily repeating private or harmful information.
- Your name and contact email where appropriate, so we can ask questions and notify you of the outcome. Do not include identifying information when the law exempts it, including certain reports involving child sexual abuse material.
- A statement that you believe the information and allegations in your report are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
This opens your email application; it does not submit anything automatically. Please send the report yourself. If you provide contact details, we will acknowledge receipt and let you know the decision where required. We assess reports on their merits and explain restrictions where applicable.
Do not download, attach or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material. Provide the URL and report it to the appropriate authorities. This inbox is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
Moderation review and authorities
For a review, include the affected account or post, the decision and your reasons. The same email is the human point of contact for users and competent authorities, including content orders and requests concerning the service. English and Dutch can be used.
Technical or security problems
For a broken page or account problem, include the URL, approximate time and a brief description. For a security concern, email privately and avoid publishing exploitable details or accessing other people’s information.
